Common Frog
I’ve become a regular visitor at a Nature reserve set amongst lakes (once gravel pits) near Cirencester. The café there looks out on one of the lakes and is a lovely spot to watch water fowl, occasionally, kingfishers and very rarely otters. On this visit in March, dozens of frogs had congregated in a small pond to mate.
