February Travels and a Marvellous Wedding

Article text
The month of February has kept me away from the beach for a while, I had been asked to photograph a big wedding in Ireland, something I have not done for several years but which I enjoyed immensely and have decided to come back to. I used to be extremely busy with weddings, so much so that it became too much alongside all the commercial work and I dropped off for many years, just keeping my hand in with the occasional small affair.
This wedding at Cabra Castle, County Cavan in Ireland was a huge affair and I was photographing all day from eleven o'clock until midnight but I enjoyed it immensely, it was good to be working with people and capture the day for the happy couple. So much so that I have decided to make myself available for a limited number of weddings again. There is a small selection from this wedding in the new wedding gallery section.
Shortly after returning from Ireland I was off to Barcelona to record the work of an artist friend for publicity purposes. So I am only just catching up with myself; working on such a big wedding means many hours of post production on the computer.
