A sombre almost monochromatic scene down at Crosby beach. Rain clouds hide the mountains of Snowdonia and wipe out any chance of seeing the sun set but the remaining Welsh hills and coast are very sharp and clear beyond the rain. A gap in the clouds permits a glimmer of light to sparkle on the waters of the Irish sea.
