Antony Gormley's Another Place, Crosby beach April 2020
A beautifully clear April day, the sky over Crosby beach was a clear ice blue. Mid afternoon a band of altocumulus cloud appeared and filtered the sunlight, drawing alternate lines of light and shadow through the atmosphere. The sunlight sparkled off the surface of the sea where the incoming tide was surrounding an iron man.
